3. No Guarantee of Publication

InnoJournals:

  • ❌ Does not influence journal editors or reviewers
  • ❌ Does not provide peer review or editorial decisions

All feedback is advisory in nature and intended solely to improve manuscript quality.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You own or have legal rights to submit the content
  • The manuscript does not infringe copyright or third-party rights
  • The content complies with academic and research ethics
  • You are responsible for final submission decisions

InnoJournals is not liable for consequences arising from user-submitted content.

5. Ethical Use & Academic Integrity

We strictly prohibit:

  • Ghostwriting or authorship fabrication
  • Data manipulation or falsification
  • Plagiarism or unethical research practices

If ethical violations are identified, InnoJournals reserves the right to terminate services without refund.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • Payments must be made in full and in advance

Service delivery begins only after payment confirmation.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Once service has commenced, refunds are generally not available, except in limited circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Revisions
